GENEVA November 6th 2020 | The final day of Geneva Peace Week 2020, held on the International Day for Preventing the Exploitation of the Environment in War and Armed Conflict, is devoted to innovations, conversations, and solutions in environmental peacebuilding

A combined 45 institutions hosted, curated, and facilitated conversations and sessions both live and in contributions to our pre-recorded Geneva Peace Week 2020 digital series. The day culminates NOW in a closing ceremony, joined by peacebuilders and practitioners from all over the world and cartoonist Hani Abbas, proposed by UNESCO. This ceremony was made possible through partnership with UNEP, UNESCO, Geneva Water Hub, Initiatives of Change Switzerland, and the Environmental Peacebuilding Association.
